Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Large rural estates, coastal residential developments and a landscape that calls for specialist care. For more than 10 years we have been looking after properties across the whole municipal area with our own team, based in Palma.
The municipal area of Llucmajor combines two very different realities: the rural interior with large estates and dryland plots, and the coast with high-end residential developments such as Cala Pi, Bahía Grande and Vallgornera. Each type of property calls for a different approach.
On the rural estates inland, the most common jobs are clearing, plot clean-up and preventive forestry to comply with fire-prevention regulations. In the coastal developments, the demand is for regular maintenance, landscaping and irrigation systems.
We travel to the whole municipal area from our base in Palma, just a few kilometres from the municipality.
