Marratxí is a municipality in the midst of residential growth, with new residential developments, residents' associations and villa gardens that need regular, professional care. We have been looking after properties across the municipality with our own team from Palma for over 10 years.
Marratxí has grown considerably in recent years. New residential developments, terraced villas and residents' associations with shared green areas make up the residential landscape of Pòrtol, Sa Cabaneta, Pont d'Inca and Es Pont d'Inca Nou.
This type of property calls above all for well-organised regular maintenance —with a fixed schedule and the same team on every visit— and automatic irrigation systems that give the garden autonomy when the owners are away.
Our base in Palma allows us to reach Marratxí with minimal travel times, which translates into greater scheduling flexibility and a better ability to respond to any one-off need.
