We're an in-house team of gardeners caring for villas, estates and communities across the whole of Mallorca. If you're passionate about a job well done and want to grow within a solid company, we'd love to meet you.
We never subcontract. You work directly with the Garden Solution team, with stability and continuity across projects.
We work on premium properties across the island. The standard is high, and that shows in how we work and in how our clients treat us.
An established company with more than 40 regular clients. A serious project where the work you do today makes a real difference tomorrow.
Fill in the form and attach your CV. We review every application and get in touch when there's an opportunity that matches your profile.
You don't need experience in every area — we value attitude, reliability and a commitment to a job well done.
